Payments & Cancellations
- Initial | To guarantee your reservation: Payment for the 1st month
- Remaining | For stays longer than 30 nights, the monthly payment is made up to 15 days before the following month
- In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of amounts already paid
Note: for stays longer than 30 nights, in case of full payment of the months of execution, a 10% additional discount will apply on the total amount of the stay

PAGAMENTOS & CANCELAMENTOS
- ● Inicial | Para garantir a reserva: adiantamento correspondente a 30 noites
- ● Restantes | Para estadias superiores a 30 noites, o pagamento mensal tem de ser realizado até 30 dias antes do mês a que respeita o pagamento
- ●Em caso de cancelamento, não haverá lugar a reembolsos das quantias já pagas
Nota: para estadias superiores a 30 noites, em caso de pré-pagamento integral dos meses previstos, aplica-se-á um desconto de 5% sobre o valor total da estadia.
